With over a decade of experience in the Israeli real estate sector, Chen provides a comprehensive and practical approach to property valuation and consulting. ​

 

Her professional journey spans both the corporate world, working within leading development firm in Jerusalem, and the independent sector as a Tenant Organizer and Project Leader. In this capacity, she represents residents through all stages of Urban Renewal projects—from initial planning to completion in the city of Rehovot. ​

 

Chen’s expertise is built on years of hands-on involvement in project development, tenant representation, and the synchronization of multidisciplinary professional teams. Having personally managed real estate investments abroad (Greece), she possesses a unique understanding of the challenges faced by overseas owners and the critical importance of transparent, remote representation. ​

 

A graduate of the Open University of Israel (with Honors) and having completed her Real Estate Appraisal studies at the Technion’s Continuing Education Division in Jerusalem, Chen applies the same discipline and focus to her professional practice that she once dedicated to her career as a competitive swimmer, where she formerly held two Israeli national records. ​

 

Today, she bridges the gap between technical appraisals and the real-world needs of property owners, ensuring that every client receives a clear, reliable, and professional foundation for their real estate decisions.
